The game has incredible visuals and the last time we ever came across a game like this would be on gaming console and the storyline of this game is inspiring and we are sure you would mistake it too be an animated movie. The game takes you through the strange island of Geos as you take control of the character “lili” to complete quests, solve puzzles and fight yourself through challenging situations to complete the journey. The game contains difficulty options for kids to play and also the game supports iCloud feature to save your game. Touch controls of the game are pretty awesome making this game the perfect package. All we hope for is that this game does not give many problems on iOS 6, which is expected in a few hours and also the developers, claim that the game will be compatible with the new iPhone. “Lili” is available from the app store for $4.99 and if you are a fan of RPG genre, dare not to miss on this epic game.

Wonderputt by Damp Gnat Ltd is a good example of how developers should look at making games interesting to play. Gameplay of “Wonderputt” is very simple to understand, all users have to do pocket the ball, and it’s like playing golf in some very cool environments. The ball can be controlled by just holding it down and dragging it in the direction of the hole, its based on slingshot action, the background music for this game is quiet ecstatic. The controls could have been better as the game was only designed for iPad, with the large screen the controls feels sluggish. This app is synced with GameCenter leader board to know and challenge the leading score in the world. The game also contains a few collectibles, which you will encounter as you keeping playing through the levels. The idea of the alluring backgrounds and blending golf with it is innovative and this what makes the game unique more than the gameplay. Wonderputt is fun to play but the game would not let you zoom in, that’s the one thing the developers have missed on other than the controls. The game is available for downloads from the App Store for $0.99 and if you want to play golf on your iPad in a much refined way then do install this game.

Sequel to one of the most interesting physics based puzzler game has hit the app store and this time it’s called “Isaac Newton’s Gravity 2”, the motto of the game is very simple all you have to do is press the red button placed in every level, don’t go with what I just said, in order to press that tiny button you might have to tingle that brain nerve of yours and get things in the right place. The app is available for free with which you would get to play 10 free levels after that you might need to purchase the rest from the app store via IAP’s. Lot of amazing gadgets used in the game like trampolines, Air vents and pinball bumpers to make the gameplay interesting and it seems to have worked quite like the developers predicted. The most fascinating of all is that you can create a level and challenge your friends to crack it. Games like these do not need to be rich in quality but “Isaac Newton Gravity 2” is pretty neat but the controls are a bit shabby and could have been better. Namco Networks have done a great job and this game is definitely worth a try.

Soldier vs. Aliens is the latest action game released by BulkyPix, and the theme of this game is similar to a lot of action games already available in the app store. Bulkypix over the past few releases have definitely proved that the games they release are superior and this game does not fall short either. In this game you would play the character of a soldier who is to stop the wave of aliens, you are the last man standing and it your duty to stop the violent criminals, there are plenty of amazing weapons that would come to your aid, starting form rifles, shotguns and flame thrower this app has it all. All the user has to do is to hold your ground and kill all the aliens; the game contains about 50 levels of dramatic action in which there are different objectives or there is a survival mode with unlimited waves of enemies to test your skills. The game lets you customize your armor in order to take less damage. Soldier vs. Aliens is fun to play but the developers could have worked on getting the graphics a bit better, controls of the game are precise. Soldier vs. Aliens is definitely worth a try and it’s available for free from the app store.

After a very long gap, Mini Clip Games have released a game and this time it’s an endless runner named “Rail Rush”. Off late many developers have started focusing on endless runners because there is no reason why many would ignore this genre. Rail Rush is all about exploring the mine on a cart, you will need to dodge through obstacles collect precious stones that can be redeemed for some fancy power ups. Rail Rush is fun but the concept is very old and there is nothing novel about this game, the only difference between this app and the others is that this one should be bought for $0.99 and others are free. Rail Rush has 4 different characters to be chosen from and the game covers a lot of different environments. Plenty of power ups that can be very useful to explore the mines and complete missions that might help you rank up, this game is also linked to GameCenter to know who is leading across the world. The graphics of the game is bright and the controls of the game are neat too. Rail rush might not be fresh but the game is pretty fascinating to play, if you adore this genre then you should try this one out!

Chillingo is out with their game of the week and it’s called “Cosmic Bump”, like always it’s an arcade game with the right proportion of physics based puzzler and this cute looking app has been developed by Orca inc. Cosmic bump is based on a tiny alien spaceship, which seems to have landed on earth due to lack of energy cells. Now it’s up to you to help this cute little monsters gather energy cells and return back home. Unlike other games of this genre “Cosmic Bump” is wide spread over 6 different worlds that means there are a lot of levels to play. The one main characteristic of this game that is really appealing is that the game contains a blend of pinball strategy, which is unique and interesting to play. In every level of the game you would need to pile up the energy cells scattered around the screen and also collect 3 stars in every level. The graphics and visuals of the game are colorful with the tap controls being very precise. Cosmic Bump is diverse in its own way and the lovable characters and music is what lightens up the gameplay even more. Glu Games have yet again proved that they are supreme when it comes to action games with their launch of “Bombshells: Hell’s Belles”. The game developers have used Bombshells in the title of the game because the pilots used in the game are pretty ladies and these pilots just love to fly planes and shoot down targets from the sky. In this action packed aerial game, guide the pilots through the skies as you help them take down their enemies, be quick else you will be the one who is taken down, the game contains loads of different environments, deadly weapons and you would come across 200 different planes, which can be unlocked as you keep making your way across the sky. The App Store does not contain a lot of aerial games that lets you control planes and shoot down targets but this game not only lets to do that but also allows to go online and challenge your friend on a one on one combat. The multiplayer feature is freaking awesome and their a few other features, which will make you, go gaga. The graphics of the game is vivid and if you thinking that the controls are going to be bad, then you are wrong because the motion controls are very apt, which is amusing. Bombshells: Hell’s Belles is the best thing that has happened to the App Store and its available for free from the App Store, so do try it out!

The game contains a total of 4 chapters and there are plenty of cool power ups present, which can be unlocked by collecting bananas from every level of the game and if you cant wait so long then there is always an option to purchase them from the app store for a couple of bucks. Chillingo has never compromised on quality and this game contains vibrant colors and nice visuals that make the gameplay quite ecstatic. The tap controls of the games are also very precise and make the game quite fun. Monkey Slam might not be an original idea but the game has it own charm, which might get you glued to your iDevices. The Avengers was one of the most awaited movie of 2012 and Marvel did live up to the expectations with the release of it, making it one of the most awe-inspiring super hero movies ever to be released and now the magic seems to have moved on to the iOS platform with the launch of the game “Avengers initiative”. Sadly, this version of the game does not feature all the super heroes but the developers might bundle them up with the next version, the main character of the game is “Hulk”, guide him through the adventure and make sure to beat up all criminals you come across in the game, the different types of combat modes in the game would keep you wanting more, their are amazing stuffs to be unlocked that might make the HULK look cool and fight ferociously. If the game needs to be explained in a single sentence then imagine playing the award winning game “INFINITY BLADE with hulk as the lead”, the game play is simply stunning and the HD visuals are crystal clear. The graphics and controls of the game are simply brilliant but we feel that the price tag on this app is a big let down and there are a few of IAP’s included in the game too. To sum it up we would prefer watching the movie again and wait for all super heroes to be available in this game to be make it “Avengers initiative” for now its just Hulks initiative.
