This week Chillingo is letting you step into the shoes of Commando Jack who is not only a tough soldier but also our planet’s best bet while trying to survive a gruesome alien invasion. The gameplay in its simplest form is that of a typical tower defense game. You, as a player are in-charge of defending one or more bases and enemies come in waves from different entrances. Thereby forcing you to build towers and place them tactically so that you can stop them from taking your base. Commando Jack is tower defense game with a more FPS like approach because besides placing turrets across the map to defend your zone, you also get to jump into one to fire the shit outta those pesky little aliens.

Besides its spectacular graphics and amazing 3D visuals, the gameplay promises to be deceptively deep with a great deal of emphasis to the strategic elements as well. The game can be played over five battle arenas and in each level you are entitled to earn up to three stars based on your performance.
