Ayopa Games LLC have launched MacGuffin’s Curse for iOS on the app store. The game is a comical adventure puzzler that takes you through the story of a foolhardy thief called Lucas MacGuffin who has the power to transform himself from a human to a wolf and vice versa.

You play the part of the game’s protagonist called Lucas MacGuffin, an impetuous burglar who accidentally gets hold of a mysterious ancient amulet during a museum robbery that grants him the power to become a werewolf and transform at his own will. You are now to use the powers of this amulet to help you solve a sequence of puzzles and also outwit a criminal mastermind.

Use the powers of each transformation to help you progress through the levels that tend to get harder as you progress. The transformation to werewolf helps Lucas MacGuffin push heavy objects and smash big boulders with ease. The only obvious pitfall in this game is its touch and drag controls. They do the job but don’t exactly feel prompt and responsive all the time.

MacGuffin’s Curse is a proper entertainer. The game has a serious over dose of mind boggling adventure and witty humour. Comics, post-game challenges and Easter Eggs are among the great unlockable content that this feature rich game offers. Give this game a shot, its sure to get you hooked because of its rib tickling comedy, amazing gameplay, superbly done audio and visuals – all of which prove to be mighty contributors to the end product which is nothing short of mind blowing!
