Guide our hero on a quest to save his people in Cairnwood village. Swordigo is a very promising platformer which is about a slave who finds his master dead in the woods with a note. The note reveals the return of the awful creature. The boy is given the responsibility of finding the ultimate sword and killing them all to protect the village and the people living in there.
Swordigo Game Review
Swordigo has the right background, which in turn makes the game very appealing. You would be able to upgrade your character’s health, fighting skills and magic skills as you complete each level. Collect shards during the game and exchange them for an exclusive weapon in the shop. You can also travel back using the portal at any point in the game to the healer’s house to get a health boost. We found the bad guys in the game to be very fascinating (Helsinki Syndrome?!?!?), thumbs up to the people behind this.
Swordigo has a nice sync save feature that lets you continue the game from where you stopped playing on either of your iDevices using iCloud. What this game lacks and badly needs is a map and options to save and load games from any given time rather than having a portal to start from, which is very misleading. The virtual joypad is very precise and the overall gameplay is good, the graphics have been kept very rich and clean too.
Swordigo is an adventurous game that’s pretty addictive too. At $1.99 it is a tad bit expensive but its definitely worth a shot! The game is available for downloads on the app store.
