PowPow Games are out with their first ever iOS game called “Tiny Plane” in association with Chillingo. Before we try to get to the bottom of things, its better not to expect much and then feel disappointed because Chillingo focuses mainly on arcade games. And with one game every week from this publisher, it so happens that a few of their games resemble their previous ones we have already played, that’s not worth a debate but will “Tiny Plane” stand out? Let’s hope so.

Tiny Plane Game Review

Tiny Plane features a character and wait, he resembles the most renowned dog in the entire world, Scooby-doo but unfortunately it’s not him. Help him fly the plane in one of the most exciting game we have come across, the concept used in the game is intelligent, the developers have taken a normal game pumped it up with exciting things and it seems to have worked their way. In the game you fly through the skies, collecting coins, dodging bombs and missiles using the tap controls and yes, always remember to return to base to fuel up, coz you wouldn’t want to plane to run out of fuel.

Tiny Plane is a simple to understand game and very easy to play but don’t go with the looks; it gets tougher to handle the small plane as you keep leveling up. The tap controls are fabulous and if you have already felt the game is a must buy, then you have to know that “Tiny Plane” features Multiplayer. We were out of luck to try it because the game couldn’t find us any players; I suppose we were one of the first few to install this game.

Tiny plane has amazing graphics and the background music is a mix of two genres that is quite amusing. The controls are apt and there are many exciting things to unlock as the game keeps going on, especially the cool airplanes.

Tiny Plane proved me wrong today about two games being alike and getting back to the game, Tiny Plane is a killer and the idea of filling up fuel reminds of those old Atari games, If you like arcade games then you sure are going to love this.
